An instance where items of clothing are removed,generally unintentionally, leading to exposure of areas of the human body which may cause embarrassment or shame1)2)3).
The term can also be applied to a moment when the deliberate removal of an item of clothing doesn't quite get the intended response4)5).

NB: Human only. Kittymorphs and Midgets have no shame, Robotic species have no naughty bits, and Mutants are embarassed about ALL of their body
