Probably better for proper aesthetics and whatnot, yes… just a link here to somewhere else that's just like this section would be good, methinks. Excellent work! Now, to business! I've got a Land Stake, a bunch of Wood and Stone, some Contrivances/Contraptions… basically, much of a Creator's Kit that I have no plans for. If we want a presence near each troubled outpost (and I believe we did, at some point) I'd be more than willing to donate this stuff to the cause… assuming we have a place we want to put it, a vision for how it should look, and at least a couple other able hands willing to help with the work. If anyone has an opinion about bases of operation, lemme know… by Distraction or, preferably, here. So everyone can weigh in and stuff. Prehistoric Gatherer of Nekops May 15th, 2012
Well, Marika has started a place by 404, but it's currently unfinished. It's the “Under Construction” joint off to the south-east. It's going to be a diner, sort of like those “Last Chance Gas” multi-function places on the highway. I think she's just finishing up descriptions right now before she sets up the jobs. I'll prod her towards the board here to give a better update. As for other outposts, we could do similar places, sort of developing a theme if that works for everybody (kind of like the Elephant Research places). Thoughts? Ideas? I can pass out some Builder's Brews and/or tackle a lot of the grunt work on that first place myself, if we can point me in a direction. Also, my wood and stone is RIGHT next door, so I'll happily haul that over too if I know how much is needed. Replicating that design over at Ace High, say, (that being an outpost that needs us pretty often, too) so that we have an in-game place to meet, leave each other messages, and maybe sleep as well would be great. Again, I'm perfectly willing to chip in… and for the moment, you're all welcome to the beds in my Outpost Reclamation Facility just south of CC 404.Cheerful Miss Aela of Nekops May 16th, 2012
