Leader of The Midget Mafia and an enemy of all right-thinking people everywhere, but especially That meddling old fool and Teh Dave the latter of whom kidnapped Creaky Joe, thinking him one of that hell-bound group of toddlers and preschoolers that that group of crazy weirdos had been battling, kidnapped mainly due to Creaky's rather poor blonde wig.1)
GERM clan members inadvertently subjected Creaky to mild forms of torture, in direct contravention of the New Pittsburgh Convention, pelting him with wet sponges and attaching nipple clamps (surprisngly found in Fergus's nest). However Creaky has recently escaped.
