Ever the resourceful businessman, Bortwood has taken over the Grassy Meadow, paved it over and opened a five-star restaurant called improbably enough, 'The Grassy Field.'

The restaurant was, even more improbably, burned to the ground a few minutes later by a future version of Kassil, who claimed it had proved to house a terrible menace in later seasons. As he is the only currently known time-travel-capable entity on the Island, no evidence of this can be procured, and rumor abounds that he was merely making sure his tab would never come about and thus need paid.
