Wolfgang
His real name, from many centuries ago, is Banae Lycathis. He later renamed himself Bane as it was easier to pronounce and followed with the times. Upon arriving to the Island, This rugged soul took the name of his Favourite composer, as it seemed.. ironically fitting.
Wolfgang.
Born in 1309, he grew up as a farm hand in England, helping his father and mother keep with the chores and farming for many long days. His Wolfkin kind would say however that he truly never started living until 20 when he was bit by an enchanted wolf. For years he tried to hide it from his family, but eventually they found him out and cast him away. he traveled all over, eventually to a small town where he fought for money in pit fights. Superior in strength he beat every one of his opponents, gaining much money and eventually a property. Wolfgang spent many a year there, living as he could, trying to control his urges and strength when the unthinkable happened. “I fell in love. Her name was Elssa, and we grew very fond of the other. we spent many a time together, in fields, being romantic children. She came looking for me one day whilst i was out hunting and being a wolf. She found me, and her death bed. I never forgave mineself for what i had done.” He gave my house away and fled to the forest to live as a legend in that small town for decades. While in the forest he spent a long time controlling my forms, changing, controlling urges and instinct.
Almost a century had past by the time he peaked out of my forest. He spent many a decade hiding throughout the world, trying to have as little contact with individuals as possible. His black wolf form helped him hide in the night. One of the only other women he had ever loved was Saya Tousen of Kami.
Eventually things began to change, the world became more advanced and spent less time on the ground, in the forests. It made traveling easier. Then bright flashes in the sky accompanied by big bangs and a crackle to the air and the EMP bombs wiped it all out. People came down to the ground and so it was harder to travel again. Wolfgang was heading to what used to be Canada when he was kidnapped drugged heavily and brought here.
After defeating the improbability Drive for the first time, Some of his wolf features have mixed into his human form. White ears, white tail, and white fur patches on his chest and hands, which have large vicious claws. His Wolf form has gotten larger and now has a mild glow in the moon light as well as a Blood red diamond patch of fur on top of his head, that always seems to vary in size. He cherishes the silver chain around his neck with a small blue-green gemstone.
Nice and gentle but willing to stand up for his friends, he's not one to get annoyed or angry easily. His constant quest is to keep who he is after killing the Drive.
A second drive kill finds Wolfgang a Zombie wolf. at 5'4“ he's got Blood red fur, Pure white eyes, and bits and pieces of him missing. He has a white patch of fur that glows like the moon and particular hole in his cheek.(Check out his Avatar, Drawn By the talented XII) He's Lost his werewolf ability to change between forms.(not that he'd want to being a zombie and all) He has a metal notebook (Jagged edges, hinged with green pages inside) that used to be the Flashing stone given to him by Skye. During the explosion a piece of metal from the Drive, Infused with Improbability split the stone, fused with it, and became the notebook.
With his notebook completing his short lived quest, he studies improbability and the effects on the inhabitants of the Island. Only as of late, Wolfgang made very good friends with Thalis, Itsu, Bryan, Naki and Yuki. After a confrontation with some spirits, Things Changed around Thalis' house and new things began being divulged. Yuki the Wolf was actually Itsu's mother from the spirit world re-incarnated, and both.. were the children of Wolfgang's lover from centuries past, Saya Tousen. Yuki and Wolfgang have since decided that once he becomes living again, they shall become Mates. For more on that story, click Saya Tousen.
After the conclusion of the Saya Tousen story, Wolfgang, thanks to the power of Okami, regained his Human form, though it is limited. he cannot stay in it for long, and must revert back to normal after a bit. Because of this fact, Yuki and Wolfgang have become Mates, and as wolves do, Mates for life.
Wolfgang had been just getting accustomed to being a horrific Zombie when another encounter with Horatio spontaneously happened. Horatio, being the kind and manipulative character he can be appeared to Wolf in the form off Okami, the wolf god he and Yuki Worship. Wolfgang being both surprised and amazed at seeing Okami, began to pray to him. Horatio called upon Wolf using Okami’s form to be his warrior, a saviour to those without one, and a defender of all, and a keeper of improbability. Wolfgang accepts the duty, unaware of course that it was Horatio, and continues to pray. Seeing that his trickery is working, Horatio transforms Wolfgang into a pure white wolf, the scar from his zombie form running across his left eye, red tipped ears and red paws, the blood red colour bleeding upwards like a flame to about his elbows. He called Wolfgang’s sword, Silver Moon and the armour Wolf had made by Drizzt, and gives the armour the ability to morph forms with Wolf, and allows the sword to shrink and hook onto the side for keeping when in wolf form. Horatio fitted the armour equipped with Silver Moon onto Wolfgang and gave him his most improbable gift: a Blessing. With that he fades off into the distance to watch as Wolfgang gets up and admires his new form and armour. The metal seemed to stretch and move with his body and the sword stayed in place. The Symbol of Okami had been inlaid in the metal using a striking gold colour. Wolfgang Phased to Human and admired what Horatio had done there as well. Muscular, lean, native looking, standing about 6’4 the armour fitted his chest and back, covered his legs, and allowed his large paw feet to be protected yet move, His arms were left bare, and a helmet in the shape of his wolf face, with tipped ears and the scar covers the top and sides of Wolfs head. Silver Moon now back to its full size, gleams at his side. He smiles and runs off, Horatio smiling and disappearing like he does.
In a sudden act of cruelty, Life stole his family. Gone. disappeared. As such, he's gotten rid of the symbol of Okami, and has replaced it with the symbol of the WATCH, just above his heart. His hair has gone black, save the blood red bit. his eyes have also blackened.
After some Startling events involving Mia, Fish, and Vincent, Wolf rebuilt an old place: The Snug Little Cottage and changed it into His Den. He takes pride in his work, though the memories of his missing family haunt him. He searches for answers, and maybe this time, the drive will give them to him…
