This line and the last are hard to put into proper sequence and you have to stretch/shrink syllables off of idea. Is there a way to make it all line up? Same for below.

my attempt to rewrite the Beatles “Yesterday” in honour of my return to the island. so, what do ya think?

Did some cleanup, changed some stuff, I think it works better now. I was recently reminded of this song and felt reinspired.
