Failors, a.k.a. Retraining Officers.
These are the bastards that haul you away to the FailBoat after you're K.O.'d in Combat or an Improbable event. Of course, though, they just can't be bothered to try picking you up before your Req gets looted by Thieving Squat bastards. Those bastards are much worse.
