The single most useful utility belt in existence. In it's various pouches, it contains a neverending supply of every type of item you could possibly need for any situation, whether or not such items actually exist.
It is rumored to belong to Foilwench, although, ironically, it doesn't have enough cigarettes to feed her addiction.
