Hobo King of Toilettown was a crazed Hobo on the island, often seen riding a giant chicken named [[El Poule Grande]] and frequently casting 'Hobo Magic,' often involving spare change. After appearing in the streets with a 'Will lead covert operations for food' sign, he ran the [[CIA]] after Kakuzu's departure until his own mysterious disappearance.

By 'mysterious disappearance' we mean explosion. He was later reincarnated as [[Sherpa Mountain Goat Guy]]
