Rule #68 states the following:

[[Fire]] solves everything, either [[damage|directly]] or [[panic|indirectly]].

The [[Collateral Damage Adventuring Guild]] regards this as one of their Cardinal Rules. Members adhere to it diligently, although their definition of 'fire' can be loose at times, and has been applied to [[ion cannons]], [[[plasma gun|fusion]] weapons, and even friction against the fabric of space-time.
