====== Who is Conchor and why should I care? ======
**Conchor**, or Connor "Conchor" O'Chateuy to give him his full name, is a kind, friendly, often-polite((Except when somebody interrupts his tea breaks with chainsaws.))((Well, we've yet to see that happening. . . or did it happen? *shifty eyes*))((Yes, it very much did happen. Only it was somebody else, and with a pencil instead of a chainsaw. . .But it was STILL [[tea|TEA]]!))((Hmm. . . I guess I'll be sure not to tick off anyone who loves tea in the future, lest I suffer the consequences.)) young chap who hails from the land of the British. He is considered to be about 18 or 19 years of age, though he normally acts older if he's not being a bumbling fool. He came to the island //by choice//, why? Because some stranger walked up to him and asked if he could come to an island for something or other. (([[tea|Tea]], maybe?)) He's often rather silly and can be a klutz at times ((OH! And easy to startle, try jumping out at him from a dark alley or even a tree for some hilariously cute meeping!)), but overall, a nice chap to hang around with. Just don't try to pester him too much, he tends to have a very bad temper when angered. Good thing is, he's hard to anger in the first place. Very hard. ((Though hurting his friends and family is more-or-less a one-way ticket to seeing an angry Jokermorph.))

For interests, he has taken an interest in playing board games, preferably traditional ones, while on the island, he also has a minor interest in music and gadgetry.

As for skills, he has some skill in chess, and has minor knowledge of building and repairing things along with cooking. Basically what one needs to survive on the island, YES, that includes skills in traditional board games.((Just in case Death decides to challenge him for a game, or vice versa.))

====== So, what is Conchor's recent history on Improbable Island? ======

==== Newbie Newber (Human) ====
There wasn't much things of interest that happened with Conchor during his early stages as a mere naked rookie, well, except for the fact he met a bunch of people and is on good terms with them. ((He hopes.))

==== Adult Mutant Kitty Robot (Kittymorph -> Mutant -> Kittymorph -> Robot -> Kittymorph) ====
This is when things became interesting. Conchor began to get used to the island ((though it did take him around three visits to Horatio to realise that being a Kittymorph isn't too bad.)) and made a whole bunch of friends, a circle of friends, actually. They are: Luquos ((Hug-pouncing Ninja. If you're friends with this guy, be on the look out.)), Tsuma ((Who was once male before being turned into a female by a Joker)), Jaxxy ((Mischievous, that's pretty much all one could say)), Chicago Todd ((Was once a sickly kitty.)), Zack ((Who somehow has a female self somewhere on the island (at the time of writing) )) and Cassidy (though few others eventually joined this circle, namely Kez ((Not [[kestrel|Kes]], though the names sound similar)) and Bree). His first relationship started with Cassidy, although it did start off shaky, it eventually evened out and they were off to a good start.

Conchor also got to realise a small bit of his family history, the family formerly known as "O'Talky" ((Now known as the "O'Chateuy" family)) that was [[rumor|rumoured]] to be a family of jokers ((This is possibly a [[lie|lie]]. . . or is it?)). He also met his first travelling companion, who goes by the name of "Gippy", a griffin who eventually got turned into a Griffinmorph by the [[improbability drive|drive]].

During his time as a mutant, he was given a card for the League of Abject Immorality and Debauchery by Anadel, and, after some consideration, he decided to join LAID.((Which is quite a funny pun if you're looking for innuendos.))((I'll in your endo!))
==== Joke's on you, Joker boy! (Joker) ====
Upon becoming a Joker, Conchor's powers were out of whack. Basically, it's quite crazy. He and Horatio had a few quarrels that made Conchor lose his powers now and again, but eventually, with the tutelage of fellow Joker [[marly|Marly]] on the course of Jokerdom, his powers eventually stabilised.((Though unpredictable at times. Did you expect Improbability to be stable? I think not.))

On the topic of relationships, it was a sad day for him when he and Cassidy broke up, giving him a few days of grief in order to recover. During that time, he was quite sensitive on that topic but eventually got over it, thanks to the aid of his friends.((However, the recovery process was quite slow, very slow.))

==== 'Flight of the BumbleBree' ====
((NOTICE: The person who wrote this pun has been fired. . . out of a cannon, we apologise for the stupid puns that the writer made beforehand.))

He could've sworn he was done in the terms of relationships until he met a rather crazy, sometimes friendly girl who goes by the name of Bree((who, unfortunately, is not on good terms with most of the people he knows, but he hopes that she will make amends with them.)). Their friendship started out awkward, namely adrenaline overdose((Say no more, say no more.)), but it eventually started to smooth out, and then, his fellow comrades began to hint at him and Bree having a crush on each other. Of course, Conchor wouldn't believe it at first, denying it completely, before eventually, he began to develop feelings for Bree, even though he thought he was, as previously mentioned, done and dusted in terms of relationships.

On Bree's birthday, he plucked up the courage to confess his crush to Bree, only to find that she was feeling the same way about him. The two ended up in a relationship, much to the amusement of his friends. This has somewhat garnered attention from a ((very protective, and nuts)) [[lazarus|Lazarus]], which scares him, somewhat. ((Though he's beginning to get used to being intimidated, you thought he'd never change?))

His travelling companion, Gippy, was replaced by a female sparrow who goes by the name of "Sperda", a sweet, friendly, overly optimistic sparrow with a very sunny disposition. Why did Gippy get replaced? You'll see.

Anyway, recently, he discovered that the coat he wears contains what one could call a "CoatWorld" ((No longer there nowadays, but who knows when it'll show up again?)), a world of its own, inside a coat((Is that a world in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?))((Again with the innuendos!)), his coat, no less. It is unclear as to what is inside said "CoatWorld", though it has been confirmed that it does, indeed, have a swimming pool.((Sounds like a pick-up line. . .))((There's a swimming pool in my clothes, and you're invited!))((Eeeeeh. . . maybe not.)) It has also been confirmed that the "CoatWorld" of his is also his "DreamSpace". Why he's using odd terms to describe these things is unclear.((Perhaps because he keeps murdering the reporters that keep pestering him in the jungles!))

==== 'Cdin Around' ====
((NOTICE: We are sorry for interrupting, but we just like to let you know that the second writer we hired happened to be the writer's brother, and thus, he has been sacked for being too punny. Again, we're sorry.))

He got involved in some sort of odd occurrences surrounding a contestant named "Cdin"((Who doesn't actually exist, but why should [[you|you]] care?)), and is holding onto some Bubble Bottles handed to him by an unnamed girl.((. . .who appears to have a connection with Cdin in some way, and doesn't have a name... probably.)) This whole chain of events ended when the unnamed girl presumably killed herself, turning Cdin into possibly a real person, sad times were had. However, he had seen (and heard) things involving Cdin and Savant that tells him that this might not be the end of such occurrences.

After much thought, and a lot of work towards getting a ring from the chapel in Kittania, he proposed to Bree at one stage, whom promptly accepted his proposal. And then they eloped, that's really all there was to say on the matter.

Nowadays, he's usually around Ace High, helping with the construction of Bree's dwelling, collecting playing cards for who-knows-what, and just generally having fun on the island. ((when there's a war going on. . . typical.)) But who knows what plot he'll get caught up in next? We'll see. We'll see. . .

==== Ruins of Ruins ====
And now we're seeing! Mr. O'Chateuy has managed to discover some odd looking ruins and is currently in the process of excavating the sites in order to uncover its many secrets. He's keeping quiet about it for some reason until he can look further into it. ((Pfft, he probably wants the treasure all to himself, greedy little bugger.))((What if there //wasn't// treasure? And that it's just a trap set up by. . . I dunno, thieving midgets?))((. . .))((Think about it for a second.))

At this time, things went a little unsteady. He lost his memory for the second time((. . .he got better.)), and feared that he angered his now ex-wife, Bree, a little too much. Though, unfortunately for him, his ex-wife's disappeared for good and possibly her cousin as well. While the loss of his wife caused him grief, he was surprisingly capable of coping with his depression, after realising that getting drunk is the worst thing that one could do, he did something more constructive, and smacked around a few Titans, and confiding with his friends.

Eventually, he recovered and feels all the better for it, now he's ready to live again, and rumours have it that he's been visiting the Bordello a little more often nowadays. ((Pfft, like he would visit the Bordello on his own free will, right guys?))

==== EPIPHANY ====
((It's not like it was chosen for any particular reason, it just sounds cool.))

Connor's presence in civilisation (as close to it as it can get on this island anyway. . .) began to wane, and he's been spotted spending more time in the jungles. If one were to listen, loud noises such as humming (the really loud kind), explosions, cracking noises and all that, as well as frequent flashes of green (and the occasional whiff of smoke, with smells varying from the typical burny smell to the smell of fresh bread).

He eventually got back in touch with civilisation, months ago, and met his old friends and acquaintances, and generally just went around doing what always did. Living on the island. However, that changed when he disappeared into the jungle for longer and longer periods of time. He was last seen with some man((who is not this Strange bloke who goes around stabbing people with needles. . . or as eyewitness testimonies say.)), and, it's safe to say, he was shown some stabs, and then an explosion happened. Not sure what happened next.

Recently, apparitions looking like him have been spotted. They seem too coherent to be a hallucination, and quite possibly are not mirages. Could he be a ghost?((No, silly! Ghosts don't exist!))((Or do they? *dramatic pause*))

==== CATHARSIS ====
((Again sounds cool.))

It has been recently confirmed that he is, indeed, a ghost, or a spirit, that is making himself/itself known to the world. He appears to be in search of a body that he could use, or he would otherwise be building one. Unfortunately, his corporeal form has a limited timespan and has to be constantly put away, which is why he is now looking for people to help him.

==== Rebirth ====
He came up with a plan, he would get someone to build a robotic body that he could possess, and then, with a bit of reprogramming and power routing, he could then use the body to be able to get the drive to change his corporeal form, bringing him back to life. The robotic form was created from old parts lying around the scrapyard, and eventually put together by Cerenia, he eventually got it powered up and began the slow process to his rebirth.

During the project, he was able to overclock his body's processors to work even harder than before, culminating in a great big fiery explosion that could be seen from SPAAAAAACCCCCEEEEE.

Eventually, the Drive's Improbability mixed with the explosion caused him to regain his new form, with some extra features. All in all, he's glad to be alive again. Very glad.

==== A Life of Adventure for me ====
Now that he's alive again, now what is he going to do? He's managed to perfect his art of Jokery, as he calls it, to a point where his success rate is quite high, ((read: not high enough to break even, he's not even high, it's sad.)) and, well, he's alive again. What now?

He's decided to take on a life of danger and intrigue, and adventure, as if nobody was doing that already, and he's taken his sister, Cerenia, along for the ride. Expect to see the two of them travelling together.

Cerenia joined Connor after a rather touching reunion, hugs were abound, tears were wept, and then, joy was found.

Robot, he is not.

A brother reborn once more.

==== Love, Life and all that stuff ====
Connor's been quite busy trying to get his emotions straight, before attempting anything seriously serious. Of course, while he isn't as emotional as he was when he was first reborn, he's still quite... sensitive to people's emotions, when his mind hasn't wandered off that is.

Cerenia was shot, by someone, presumably a member of the O'Chateuy family, the very same person that Connor wishes to hunt down. Connor, without having been thinking straight, had forbidden her from getting out and about with the fear that she might get hurt again. Of course, she managed to give him a piece of her mind, bringing up his lack of thought for the feelings of other people, including her and his own selfishness.

The words of his sister made him think about himself, and what he's doing to others, and, as a result, appears to be a better man for it.

Good for him. Also, rumour has it that Connor's got a crush on someone. (("*sigh*. . . when will he ever learn?" - That little voice in his head)) Who? It's [redacted].

===== Why did Gippy get replaced? =====
After //FINALLY// finding and hunting down a sparrow by the name of Sperda((She was difficult to catch, very difficult.)), we allowed her to tell us as to what happened to Gippy the Griffinmorph (whom went MIA, supposedly). This is what she could recall from memory (which is slightly impressive for a small sparrow, a small, //talking// sparrow.

Here's how it went. ((Interviewer (whom cannot be named at the time) in bold. Sperda in italics.))

**"Sperda, now that we finally got the chance to ask you about Gippy, can you tell us when you replaced her first? Just curious**

//"Erm. . . let's see, it was months ago, I think, when I was called to replace the poor, poor Griffymorphy."//

**"Hmm. . . right. Now, can you remember the events leading up to your eventual position as Mr. O'Chateuy's travelling companion?**

//"Erm. . . OH! OH! I remember! It all started when. . . when. . ."// The sparrow paused for a bit, trying to remember before suddenly blurting out, //". . .when Gippy was. . . erm, shot! Shot by some person. . ."//

**"And who was this person?"**

The sparrow fidgeted. //"I don't kn-o-o-ow! Mr. Johnervan stated that it was a fellow family member whom shot Gippy, but he wasn't getting anything from the echoes. The perpawhatsit hid his tracks good. . ."//

The interviewer nodded. **"Right, now can you tell me when you first met Gippy?"**

The sparrow brightened up a little. //"I first met Gippy when she was trapped down this big hole, and she couldn't climb out. Her wings were clipped and all. . . and she was pretty good-looking. Wish I could be a Birdmorph like her. . . ((Comment: To suffer being chased by Kittymorphs? Yeah. . .))//

**"Mmmhmm, did you help the Griffinmorph out?"**

The sparrow nodded vibrantly. //"Yeppers! Well, I got the help of Mr. Johnervan to help pull the Griffinmorph out. When we managed to pull her out, she was a right mess! Messy messy messy. . ."//

**"Okay. . . Now, don't mind me asking but who is this. . . Mr. Johnervan?"**

//"Johnervan O'Chateuy! He's the father of Conchy."//

The interviewer nodded slowly. **"Okay then, have you been aware of Mr. Johnervan's previous visits to this island?"**

The sparrow shrugged, somehow. //"Mmph. . . Sort of. That was when Conchy was with that Cassidy gal, right? Of course, they did break up. Gippy told me."//

The interviewer nodded. **"Well, since we have SOME things cleared up about Ms. Gippy's leave, how is it going for you as Mr. Connor's companion?"**

//"It was good at first, but I've become lazy, I'm hoping to start. . . things. I have no clue what things I will be doing but it is things!"// The sparrow nodded sagely.

**"Well, it was nice to meet you, little sparrow, but I guess we'll have to part ways."**

//"Alright! Nice to see you!"//

And with that, the sparrow quickly took off, after mischievously nicking the reporter's hat and plopping it on top of the CORPORAL from Basic Training. The interviewer's eardrums were never the same. Poor sod.

====== So, now I know who Conchor is and what his history is like, but what does he look like? ======
He stands about 5 feet and 10 inches tall, he has light brown hair and a rather soft-looking face.  He has dark green eyes and looks more human than cat, with his cat ears and tail being the only furry things. His light brown cat ears poke out from under his dark brown fedora, and of course, he has a tail.((What catboy doesn't? Don't answer that!))

He wears navy blue trousers with a belt buckle that depicts a faintly green glowing hat, and a dark blue trenchcoat, which faintly glows dark blue when in the dark. He also has a Shiny bracelet on his left wrist, given to him by Omega during one of his visits to the Failboat.

His jewellery consists of a ring that rests on his right pinky finger, it is a glass-like ring with a pair of jewel-encrusted dice on top of it, on close inspection, one can see little images on it, presumably the tattoos that were once on his back.

====== Sperda ======
A sparrow. A very optimistic sparrow. She has pink feathers and a purple down, if one were to look closely, a small daisy can be seen imprinted on her left wing, not to mention the emerald ring adorning her neck.

When she is awake, she tends to be chirpy ((Writer's note: No pun intended! PLEASE DON'T FIRE ME!)) and happy, sad things rarely get her down.

====== Cerenia ======
A shy, timid (more timid than Connor, even), naive Kittymorph, similar in appearance to Connor, except perhaps a few inches short (using Jokermorph Connor's height), a more feminine figure and look. She also wears a blue dress. Like her friend/technical-brother, Connor, she tends to forgive anyone when she's in a good mood, which is often, and only a few things can get her down. Unfortunately, being more shy and timid than Connor, she tends to keep her emotions to herself whenever she's feeling blue, often refusing to talk or not stating her current feelings to anyone (not even to any other member of 'Conchor') until she can't take the emotional harm anymore.

Currently, it is not known as to what she's afraid of, this is probably because she hadn't encountered her fears yet.

She tends to act like a sister (and sometimes, a mother) to Connor, promising to protect him, even if it costs her life. She shares a mind link with him, but doesn't seem to share the same knowledge as him. After the 100th drive kill, her form had been altered a bit, and she is no longer a part of the catboy, but is now an independent person. However, she doesn't have any Joker powers to speak of, being of the kittymorph persuasion, maybe in 12 DKs time. . .

Due to her curiosity of the world around her, she tends to wander off, and tends to ask questions even about the simplest of things, but she does display some knowledge from time to time, usually from Connor telling her about it. However, her shyness tends to get in the way, meaning that she's not the very social type, whereas at least Connor is a bit social. Her time off the island has given her time to learn about the world she was thrust in and can be found around the third dwelling listed in the above. . . list.

A monster sealed in a can. . . or a bottle in this case. It's a monster made up of bubble mixture, and has severe OCD when it comes to dirty things.

  * He did one of them Rank 7 runs. . . several of them.
  * He was brave enough to take on a Bastard Rank run. . . and eventually made it. Reporters that eventually got the chance to interview him on his stunning performance after getting his arse handed to him several times before his fail rate dropped substantially heard from him, "Gah. . . Gargle. . . Gargleblasters. . . that's. . . that's rea-really all the-there is to s-s-say on the. . . m-m-m-mAH. . .matter." He then did a second Bastard Run, which was surprisingly easier than the last one, all things considered. ((Was stuck at this 'Level 11' for a while though.))
  * He once took down the drive using his bare hands, he would use guns but he needed to kill fast and bullets, quite frankly, too slow.
  * He made his fiftieth visit to Horatio. Nothing noteworthy had happened, unfortunately.
  * He also made his one hundredth visit to Horatio. Something noteworthy had happened, but it is currently unknown as to what just happened.
  * He was brought back to life! Amazing!
